They are currently based off the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icreatables.com\/sheds\/shed-plans-modern.html\">12&#215;16 modern shed<\/a> size until we have a better understanding of the construction process. They will then be made larger or smaller to fit different size needs. It is a basic cube with the addition of a covered porch area over the entry and side glass. Several options may include a totally flat roof with a rubber membrane roofing system or a 1 in 12 pitched roof with low slope metal roofing.
