This beautifully built shed was built using the\u00a08×12 tall version of our backyard style shed plans. The unique feature of this shed build it the addition of sliding barn doors on the 16′ long wall of the shed.<\/p>\n

Barn doors are installed by using special door hanging hardware made to allow the doors to hang and slide across the outside of the shed. The doors are typically built 3 inches wider on each sides and top of the door opening and 1\u00a0inch\u00a0on the bottom. The door hardware can be ordered online by doing a search for “barn door hardware”. There are several styles with the more expensive ones being decorative for interior use. You only need the ones that are galvanized.<\/p>\n

This shed also had vinyl siding installed which gave the shed an amazing look to match the existing house!<\/p>\n
