This beautifully built and finished modern shed was built as an art studio. It is the perfect example of how to build a shed.<\/p>\n

The owner said “Thanks so much for the plans!\u00a0 After four months of weekend work, our backyard shed studio is complete!\u00a0 This is the 10×12\u2019 modern shed which I\u2019ve finished and run power to for an artist\u2019s retreat for my wife.”<\/p>\n

The shed was built to the highest standards including exterior Zip Wall Sheeting with taped seams to keep out drafts, casement windows, full lite glass entry door and cement board siding. The interior of the shed finishes include electrical sub panel with wiring to outlets and light fixtures, insulation, drywall, hardwood floor, trim and paint. Decorating the art studio includes a work desk, storage shelves, a couch and throw rug.<\/p>\n
